This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in South Bend, IN, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at job sites, manage construction timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising team members and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and addressing on‑site challenges to ensure projects are completed to high‑quality standards and on schedule.

• Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial tracking related to construction projects
• Experience in Project Management for overseeing complex construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related fields are beneficial
