As the Superintendent (Owner’s Rep), you will support the Senior Superintendent in driving data center projects from start to finish, ensuring strict safety and compliance standards, overseeing on-site coordination, and managing contractor performance. You’ll be embedded within a high‑performing team where senior leaders will mentor you in the unique dynamics of complex data center environments - including today’s most in‑demand technologies.

The Necessities

• 4+ years Data Center or Mission Critical experience
  , essential
• Owner’s Rep or client‑side experience
  , a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Project especially)
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog
  , preferred
• Must be able to work on‑site in South Bend, Indiana (relocation or travel as needed)
