The Salvation Army (Western) - 900 W Western Ave [Camp Assistant] As a Camp Lead at The Salvation Army, you'll:
Assist the Program Supervisor in administrative and leadership responsibilities, while assisting in the overall implementation and coordination of the day camp program;
Facilitate all camp activities including daily opening and closing ceremonies, praise and worship, and end of week award ceremonies;
Prepare and distribute all weekly programming materials;
Give direct supervision to a group of children if a day camp counselor is not available;
Make the safety and well-being of all campers.
