Internship- International Operations

This role assists in the execution of the department’s request for foreign national visitors, international business capture, quotation processes, due diligence processes; legal document management; data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Support international business development activities, including foreign national visitor requests, opportunity tracking, and proposal support

Assist with quotation processes, due diligence documentation, and coordination with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders

Perform data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support international market and business development decisions

Support Smartsheet implementation and prepare pursuit-specific reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries

Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify opportunities for process and continuous improvement across the International Business Development team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The right candidate should be pursuing a Degree in the following:
  International Studies, International Business, International Security, International Relations, International Commerce, Business, Political Science, Government Relations, Diplomacy, Intelligence, or other related areas of study.
• The candidate should be enrolled in an accredited college or university, Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a business environment
• Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
