This full-time position, at-will position supports the effective delivery of housing assistance programs through a range or programmatic and operational responsibilities. The role serves as a key point of coordination for clients and collaborates closely with program staff to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with program requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESThe position is responsible for managing the intake process for the Weatherization program, including client eligibility screening, application processing, and ongoing documentation tracking. The role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of program records while supporting compliance with program guidelines. Responsibilities also include coordinating with program staff to facilitate efficient workflows, assisting clients throughout the intake process, and maintaining organized data to support reporting, monitoring, and overall program effectiveness.
EDUCATIONAND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in data entry, Microsoft office and other tracking systems.
- Bilingual capabilities a plus.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Comfortable with public speaking.
This role requires a high level of accuracy and organizational skills to manage complex intake processes and ensure compliance within program guidelines and regulatory requirements. The position involves evaluating client eligibility, interpreting program criteria, and maintaining detailed documentation while balancing multiple cases and deadlines. The role demands sustained attention to detail, adaptability to chancing program requirements while remaining flexible to assist in other areas of Community Action.

- Must meet the Agency’s required car insurance coverage level at employment and maintain it throughout the duration of employment (Liability Coverage: $100,000/$300,000/$100,000).
