Southfield Village is hiring a part‑time Receptionist. We are looking for someone who can pleasantly greet residents and visitors as the “first face” of our senior living community. Applicants are to have strong organizational and communication skills which are a must for our fast‑paced work environment.
Duties include:- Answer and forward all incoming calls to the appropriate areas.
- Maintain and revise forms or documents as required by various departments.
- Organize and distribute all mail to residents and departments.
- Prioritizes and organize work effectively.
- Possesses an ability to work independently.
- Assists managers with all or any clerical duties requested.
- Screening guests, residents, and employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in long term care or a retirement community preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Hours are evenings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4-7pm and every other weekend 10a-5pm.
