- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of payments
- Perform 3-way match and resolve discrepancies with purchasing, shipping, and receiving
- Assist with payment runs including ACH, wires, and credit cards
- Reconcile accounts payable and support month‑end close
- Process and reconcile corporate credit card and expense reports
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Experience working in an ERP system
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Location: South Bend, IN
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
