Senior Tax Manager

• Coach, develop, and mentor staff and managers, helping elevate the team
• Drive consistency and harmonization of tax processes and best practices
• Contribute to firm growth through relationship-building, involvement, and identifying ways to expand services for existing clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and nonprofit leaders, providing thoughtful guidance beyond compliance

• Lead end-to-end tax client engagements, ensuring high-quality planning, compliance, and consulting deliverables
• Review complex returns and work papers, providing clear guidance and distributing work appropriately to develop the team
• Help drive adoption of firm processes, supporting continued integration
  
  Partner with Assurance and other service-line leaders to deliver coordinated client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• 7+ years of progressive tax accounting experience
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
• Proven ability to develop staff and build consistent processes
