Responsibilities
Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accuracy of payments
Perform 3-way match and resolve discrepancies with purchasing, shipping, and receiving
Assist with payment runs including ACH, wires, and credit cards
Reconcile accounts payable and support month-end close
Process and reconcile corporate credit card and expense reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
Experience working in an ERP system
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Location: South Bend, IN
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
