• Generate and process invoices for clients and vendors
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and payments
• Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding billing inquiries
• Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing/accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP)
