Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 annually | 100% On-site

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and maintain accounting data within internal systems
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Support invoice entry, payment posting, and vendor/customer record maintenance
Perform basic account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end close activities as needed
Respond to internal inquiries related to accounting transactions
1–3 years of accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or general accounting support experience
Familiarity with basic accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations)
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, JD Edwards, or similar) preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
