As a Registered Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You will also be responsible for resident care and the direction of nursing care during assigned shifts;

this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resident care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments and supervision.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel; collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Uphold professional image and maintain high standards of appearance and behavior.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with residents, families, and the care team.

• Active, in-good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• A passion for working with seniors and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
