* Job Description:

* III    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

a.
Maintain all established production and quality standards by line assignment and variety of products scheduled to include staging of proper materials, cases, trays, film, etc.

b.
Pull and stage materials as necessary

c.
Operate Palletizer on assigned line

d.
Operate hand palletizers on assigned line

e.
Coordinate and execute changeovers in an efficient manner.

f.
Assist with training of Team Members.

g.
Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color code system.

h.
Maintain clean work area and execute any duties assigned.

i.
Notify Maintenance, Line Lead, and/or Team Lead of any repairs or adjustments needed in your area.

j.
Follow and promote all safety policies.

k.
Assist in the removing of all scrap, by following procedure.

l.
Perform all duties necessary to meet Safe Quality Food (SQF), Company and/or Regulatory requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.

m.
Responsible for reporting Food Safety and Food Quality problems to the appropriate personnel, as well as, follow quality and safety policies/procedures themselves in order to ensure products are made with the highest standards possible.
