Are you a "tech person" who loves working with your hands? We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Electronics Specialist to help us process, test, and refresh incoming technology. You’ll be the first person to handle devices as they arrive, ensuring they are wiped clean of data, upgraded for better performance, and ready for their next home. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and likes to see a "to-do" pile turn into a "done" pile every day.

• Unbox & Organize:
  Receive shipments of laptops, phones, and computers, sorting them by type and model.
• Inventory Tracking:
  Use our internal system to log serial numbers and specs (like RAM and storage) for accurate inventory.
• Data Wiping:
  Follow security steps to ensure all old data is completely erased.
• Functional Testing:
  Run diagnostic tests to check device health, including battery life, screen quality, and keyboard functionality.
• Hands-on Upgrades:
  Perform basic hardware "refreshes," such as swapping out old batteries and upgrading slow hard drives to faster SSDs.
• Tech Refresh:
  Clean up devices physically and reinstall basic software (like Windows) for a fresh start for the next user.
• Quality Control:
  Perform final checks to ensure everything is functional and looks great before it moves to our finished inventory.

• High Energy & Fast Pace:
  Comfortable being on your feet and staying in motion to meet daily processing goals.
• Comfort with Tech:
  Know your way around a PC or Mac and use small tools to test and replace internal components like batteries or storage drives.
• Attention to Detail:
  Notice small things and take pride in an organized workspace.
• Physical Ability:
  Lift and move boxes or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Computer Basics:
  Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly.

• If you’ve ever built your own PC, upgraded your own laptop, or fixed a broken phone screen.
• If you’ve worked in a warehouse, a repair shop, or a busy retail environment.
• If you know how to safely handle and recycle old electronics.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Occasional overtime may be required during high-volume periods to ensure we meet our customer deadlines.
