The Role
The Project Engineer supports the design and execution of engineered-to-order pipe projects
. This role sits between technical support and senior design engineering and is ideal for early to mid-career engineers looking to grow into higher-level engineering, project management, or design roles.
You’ll be responsible for producing project-specific engineering drawings
, coordinating internally, and supporting projects from design through production.
- Produce engineered-to-order project drawings for engineered pressure pipe systems
- Apply engineering standards, calculations, and specifications to active projects
- Coordinate with estimating, manufacturing, sales, and senior engineering staff
- Support projects ranging from gravity sewer to pressure water and wastewater pipelines
- Review customer and engineer requirements and translate them into buildable designs
- Assist with submittals, revisions, and project documentation
- Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or related)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- AutoCAD experience (or similar drafting software)
- Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineered products
- 2–5 years of engineering experience (strong entry-level candidates encouraged)
Prior pipe or water experience is helpful but not required.
