Lenahan Chiropractic Center for Posture Improvement is a patient-centered chiropractic practice focused on research-supported care that emphasizes posture, spinal biomechanics, and lasting structural improvement. Our team is dedicated to education, proactive care, and helping patients achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and energetic Rehabilitation Technician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in healthcare, exercise science, physical therapy, or chiropractic. As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will work closely with our doctors and patients to ensure smooth clinical flow and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols.

• Assist patients between the waiting area and rehabilitation room
• Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises
• Ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely
• Set up and manage spinal remodeling/rehabilitation equipment as directed
• Instruct patients on proper use of spinal orthotic DME for home use
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Monitor patient tolerance and progress during sessions
• Communicate any patient concerns or changes to the doctor and front desk team
• Perform light administrative and clerical duties as needed

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in:

• Exercise Science
• Kinesiology
• Health Sciences
• Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Occupational Therapy, or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Ability to assist patients physically when needed
• Reliability and teamwork mindset

• $22-$24 per hour

• Monday: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Tuesday: 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Wednesday: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM

Salary: $22 - $24 per hour
