Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working scheduled shifts, communicating proactively with supervisors, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, inventory counts, price changes, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, recovery, and delivering exceptional customer service following GURA principles (Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value & Appreciate). High Volume FAST Team Members may also perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and resolve issues ethically. Flexibility, adaptability, and service orientation are essential.

Working Conditions:
Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise, hard surfaces, varied shifts, and a focus on safety and productivity.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, stand, kneel, reach, and move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
