• Provide coordinated nursing care for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care setting
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in fast-paced emergency environment
• Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Triage, treat, and support patients across the full spectrum of emergency conditions
• Trauma-designated facility offering exposure to critical and complex cases
• Opportunity to apply the full nursing process and established standards of care

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Emergency or trauma nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care across disciplines
