Hematology​/Oncology Physician

• Guaranteed Salary + Production ($1M+ total Compensation)
• $45,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Annual Quality Bonus:
  Up to $25,000
• APP Oversight Compensation: $7,500/year
• Student Loan Assistance:
  Up to $100,000

  Up to $17,000

  Up to $5,000/year

• Modern clinic completed in 2018, featuring advanced imaging, Radiation Oncology, lab services, and a 14-chair infusion center
• Monday-Friday schedule, with the potential for flexible hours
• Outpatient-only position, with no inpatient rounding required
• Telephonic call shared equally between physicians and APPs, typically 0-3 calls over a 24-hour period

• Board-certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Strong desire to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
