A retail paint company in Sonoma is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will assist customers both in-store and over the phone, resolving issues and recommending products. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be able to lift materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

This role may require work during evenings and weekends, providing a flexible work schedule.
