Entry-Level Production Assistant​/Cellar Person

Sonoma Springs Brewing Company is a small, hands‑on craft brewery looking for a Production Assistant / Cellar Person to help keep beer moving and the cellar running smoothly. This is an entry‑level role
—some experience is a plus, but not required.

• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, kegs, hoses, and brewery equipment
• Assisting with cellar work (transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, etc.)
• Helping with packaging (kegging, canning, labeling, stacking)
• Supporting brew days as needed
• Keeping the production space clean, organized, and safe
• Noticing problems early and speaking up before they become real problems

• Strong can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and apply common sense
• Comfortable with repetitive, physical work
• Attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in wet, cold, and loud production environments

• Brewery or Winery experience: nice to have, not required
• Manufacturing or production experience: a plus
• We’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

• Local candidates preferred
• Schedule may include early mornings, occasional weekends, and longer production days
