Summary:

** Under general supervision, to perform a variety of routines, and skilled maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment and facilities.
** Job Requirements, Prerequisites and

Essential Functions:

** EDUCATION  High school graduate/Apprenticeship Program or equivalent    EXPERIENCE  1. Air conditioning/refrigeration  
2. High pressure steam boilers  
3. HVAC systems  
4. Electrical devices, wiring and circuits, signal and lighting systems  
5. Basic computer  
6. Basic welding, soldering    LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS  Calif Drivers Class C Required at hire    PREREQUISITE SKILLS  Knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems as they relate to a hospital environment. Ability to work with others and follow instructions, both written and verbal. Participate in continuing education provided by departmental, vendor and hospital staff. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with no violations within the past (3) years.
