Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing day-to-day digital marketing activities while supporting the development of new workflows, tools, and systems across the department. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative and Brand leads, and our Hospitality team — collaborating across a group of professionals with diverse industry backgrounds and deep expertise in the U.S. specialty cheese market.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, collaboration, and optimization as much as they love great cheese. You’ll help ensure our campaigns run smoothly, our content is consistent, and our digital ecosystem is built to scale.

You should be comfortable using modern digital tools, including AI-powered ones, and be excited to experiment with new platforms that help the marketing team work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Execution
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media, email, and web channels.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice across platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., for copy drafting, image variation, or content brainstorming) to support campaign execution while maintaining our brand voice and standards.
Systems & Workflow Development
  • Help build and refine internal processes for content planning, digital asset management, and cross-team communication.
  • Assist in implementing new tools or platforms (e.g., DAM onboarding, social scheduling systems, analytics dashboards).
  • Document new workflows, maintain SOPs, and help train team members on updated systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks or gaps in current processes and propose practical improvements.
  • Use analytics and, where appropriate, AI-powered reporting tools to surface insights that guide content planning and future campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key digital metrics—including social performance, email KPIs, and web traffic—and compile regular reports.
  • Support the setup of improved tracking systems (e.g., UTM structures, reporting templates).
  • Surface insights to help guide content planning and future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the brand, hospitality, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate product information across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as photographers, freelancers, or agencies.
  • Help maintain alignment between marketing activities and broader brand initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for building structure and improving systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics.
  • Comfort learning new digital tools and documenting processes.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in food, CPG, or lifestyle brands is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with any AI tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn and experiment is even more important.
