As a Front Desk Host, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome. With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, respond to inquiries, and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
This is a full time position and must be able to work weekends and evenings.
As a Front Desk Host at our hotel, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional guest service to our valued guests. The main responsibilities will include:
- Checking in and out hotel guests.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guest communications via telephone, email, and mail/message service.
- Assisting with hotel reservations and concierge services.
- Greeting guests with a gracious and professional demeanor.
- Verifying guests' registration information and collecting any necessary information such as identification and length of stay.
- Handling payment transactions and providing guests with room keys and directions to their rooms.
- Ensuring balances are paid and the room key is returned at check-out.

Are You The Front Desk Host We’re Looking For?To be successful as a Front Desk Host, you will need to have:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform duties accurately with follow-through.
- A courteous and cooperative demeanor when interacting with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Good mathematical skills for payment transactions and related tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with self-motivation, organization, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
