A family-owned Sonoma winery is seeking a Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations and hospitality for the tasting room. This full-time role requires strong leadership and hospitality skills to maintain excellence in guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage staff, develop guest experiences, and ensure efficient operations to meet revenue goals. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, with opportunities for growth.
Availability during weekends and holidays is necessary.
