*** Evaluate patients + create personalized treatment plans
* Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
* Support safe discharges through progress-based care
* Document accurately and collaborate with the care team### ###
** Requirements**
* ** Active California PT License (required)
*** Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus (not required!)
