ASSOCIATE RESEARCH SCIENTIST FORMULATION

- To conduct trials for new formulation development for insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and combinations as per the guidelines.
- Technical Sample evaluation and study inhouse & external by developing formulation received from various locations KRDC synthesis labs, CCPL Technical Plants situated across India, Import Technical and Domestic Supplier Technical.
- Physical and Chemical properties evaluation of in-house R&D trials under the supervision of Research Scientist.
- Five batch validation of final recipe at lab scale and data accumulation.
- New vendor development of various raw material for existing formulations as per the sample submitted by different vendors and data accumulation.
- Goods Return (GR) sample rectification and study as per the guidelines.
- Preparation, pack, and dispatch of samples for various department requirements.
- To conduct product short- and long-term study and maintaining the data.
- Read, Analyse, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations for New Formulation and development and discuss the new ideas. Some of the government literatures: BIS, FAO, CIPAC.
- Raw trial data conducted at formulation laboratory record keeping.
- Test Report and Certificate of Analysis (COA) record keeping.
- To assist in Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Preparation and Record.
- Stock maintenance of Raw Material & Listing used in the formulation laboratory.
- Attend Inhouse training for knowledge and skill development.
- Attend training programs for safety, equipment/instrument handling.
- Attend Seminar/training at any external university or institution regarding the New Technology in Agrochemicals.
- Participation in the meeting and provide inputs as and when required by department head.
- Housekeeping of formulation lab.

Qualification : MSc Chemistry with 2-3 years’ experience
