Line Incharge - Assembly

Job Role   To look after production and quality
Greenfield plant setup
New equipment/facility planning and installation
Technical support to production / maintenance for production ramp up, productivity improvement and troubleshooting
Overall incharge of Assy shop shift operation
Reporting To   Shop Manager
Level in the Organization   SE/AM
Educational Qualification   Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
Certification / Diploma:
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Work Experience   3 – 10 years in treasury activities

Job Responsibilities   To manage manpower, resolving day-to-day issues
Good process knowledge
Maintain ZERO safety incident/accident in area, achieve daily production targets, quality target
Analysis of safety / quality / cost / productivity incidents, taking countermeasures and presenting to senior members
Analysis of rejections and submitting countermeasures and presenting to senior members
Maintain daily checklists and adherence of all applicable rules of Assembly shop
Completing day-to-day activities and report submissions
