Junior Medical Officer (MBBS) - Fresher (On-site, Sonipat, Haryana)

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient consultations: take histories, perform physical examinations and make evidence-based diagnoses for common primary-care conditions.
Prescribe and manage treatment plans in line with clinical protocols and essential medicines lists.
Provide emergency triage and basic life-saving stabilization before referral to higher centres when needed.
Administer and document vaccinations and minor procedures; maintain accurate patient records and follow-up plans.
Use clinic EMR systems to record encounters, investigations and prescriptions; ensure data privacy and completeness.
Coordinate with nursing staff and referral networks; educate patients on prevention, medication adherence and red-flag symptoms.
