Admin Executive

Location:

Sonipat, Haryana

Position Overview:

The Admin Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role bridges administration, HR coordination, and basic accounts liaison, making it ideal for someone who enjoys handling multiple responsibilities. The person will support internal teams, coordinate with vendors, assist in maintaining employee and financial records, and help create an efficient and organized workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations
Manage day-to-day office administration, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel bookings, courier management, and office supply procurement.
Maintain records for utility bills, AMC renewals, and office maintenance schedules.
Support logistics and inventory coordination between office and warehouse teams.

HR Coordination
Support HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and staff for operational needs.

Accounts Liaison
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice submissions, reimbursements, and petty cash.
Track vendor payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain basic expense tracking sheets and documentation for audits.
Support payroll input collation (attendance, leaves, reimbursements).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years of experience in office administration, HR coordination, or accounts support.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting tools (Tally, Quick Books, etc. preferred).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
