Exclusive HVAC Services is seeking a skilled and responsible Commercial HVACR Service Technician to join our high-performing field operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Perform maintenance, service, and repair of commercial HVACR systems.

Diagnose issues and recommend cost-effective solutions to clients.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site.

Maintain cleanliness of job sites and company vehicle.

Complete service documentation and reports accurately and timely.

Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet service goals.

5+ years of commercial HVACR experience preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Must present a clean and professional appearance.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

No specific licenses or certifications required, but EPA certification is a plus.
