Overview
Roecam is looking for a high-volume, relationship-driven closer to be the face of our Investor Relations Program. If you've built your career on the phone — in CRE sales, wealth management, insurance, or financial services — and you know how to turn a cold conversation into a committed investor, this role was built for you.
We provide the leads. You build the relationships. Everyone wins.
The RoleYou'll manage the full investor journey — from first outbound call to portal sign-up, qualification, and ultimately investment commitment. This is a structured, compliance-driven program with clear steps and dedicated support, so you can focus on what you do best: talking to people and closing.
- 150 outbound calls per week to warm, pre-qualified leads — no prospecting required
- Enroll qualified prospects into the Roecam Investor Portal
- Guide investors through the qualification process in compliance with securities regulations
- Educate qualified investors on current deal opportunities
- Serve as the primary face of the Roecam IR Program across calls, email, and social

- Activity Pay:
Based on consistently reaching outreach numbers - Portal Sign-Up Bonus:
Paid per investor that signs up for the investor portal - Equity Commission:
Paid at a graduating scale of equity deployed, from the program, into real estate investments - Referral Fee: % of Roecam's acquisition fee on deals generated through your IR activity
High performers have significant upside. Your earnings scale directly with your effort and results. (Expected compensation for year 1 is $60k to $90k, with large jumps in year 2 and 3.)

We re looking for candidates with 2–3+ years of high-volume outbound experience in:
- Retirement or financial planning
- Stock brokerage or alternative investment sales
