Hotel Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you set the tone for the entire stay. Your smile, professionalism, and attention to detail can turn a simple check-in into a memorable experience. Hourly Wage Range: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Actual rate offered will be based upon experience, location, and position.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering outstanding guest service
- Work confidently in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and care
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accuracy with transactions, reporting, and hotel systems
- Create meaningful guest connections that drive satisfaction and loyalty

- Prior customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)
- Flexible availability including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to compile facts and figures
- Ability to lift, pull, or push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Clear and professional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Comfortable operating hotel systems and general office equipment
