  Enjoy the consistency of a set afternoon/early evening schedule, giving you reliable hours that align with the school day.

• Provide direct, one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in their home environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and communicate effectively with families.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field OR equivalent hands on experience (e.g., as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or in childcare).
• A passion for working with children and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client homes within our service area.
• (A plus, but not required) Previous experience in ABA, special education, or mental health.
