This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Somerville, Flemington, Skillman NJ. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, and engage in continuity of care with other Providers to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to navigate mental health concerns, maintaining clinical documentation, and working with other professionals in delivering outstanding therapeutic services to the community.

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and implementing effective intervention strategies
• Expertise in Mental Health counseling and providing client-centered therapy
• Competence in evidenced based interventions to address relational and systemic dynamics
• Understanding of ethical practices and legal guidelines in the mental health field
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Valid applicable licensure in mental health or related discipline (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
