Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a "Documentation Coordinator" based out of Branchburg, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update company documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage document control systems, ensuring proper version control, approval workflows, and accessibility across departments.
- Coordinate document reviews, revisions, and approvals with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely archival and retrieval of records and controlled documents.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and complete documentation.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality of all company records.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Track document change requests, deviations, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on documentation processes and standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, or other applicable standards.
