Own end-to-end product activation process, ensuring accurate and timely product launches across all digital channels.

Maintain seasonal product assortment matrix, launch status trackers and documentation for activation workflows.

Support in day-to-day site merchandising operations, including categorization, special feature tagging and attribution.

Manage all product activation reporting and communicate regular status updates, impacts and concerns to stakeholders.

Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Content and Marketing teams to support product/campaign launches, seasonal refreshes and promotional readiness.

Optimize category hierarchy and product attribute data in various source systems to improve product discoverability.

Own end - to - end process for creation, testing, and quality assu rance of promotional campaigns within our Ecommerce platform .

Lead regional product photography process , in partnership with Global teams, to ensure required assets for activation are received and meeting best in class visual standards set.

Champion continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending candidates for workflow improvements to management team .

Troubleshoot and support solutioning product functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.

Support AB Testing, SEO and other CRO initiatives to increase engagement and drive sales.

Document and track competitive and industry trends though site deep dives, sharing findings and making recommendations.

May coordinate or lead small site merchandising projects or initiatives within related work streams.

3 + years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations experience.

Ability to independently manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks , and deliver deadlines in a fast-paced environment .

Strong attention to detail , demonstrated accuracy, and commitment to executional excellence.

Proactive problem solver who thrives on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Excellent communica tion and interpersonal skills, and ability to succeed in a highly cross-functional environment.

Experience analyzing performance data to support recommendations .

Proficien cy with Excel and Microsoft suite for bulk uploads, process workflows and data organization.

Experience working with in Ecommerce platforms /technologies.

Customer focused mindset with a passion for transforming digital experiences.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700-$83,380 + Bonus + Benefits

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
