• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Must be currently enrolled in college-level courses

• Exceptional time management, prioritization and organization abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to take initiative and common goals
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs

As a Mass General Brigham Digital Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Digital projects:
  Interns will assist in ongoing projects, providing valuable help to Digital staff while learning in the process.

Additionally, interns will participate in job shadows and group project assignments to support MGB Digital initiatives!

• Required internship dates:
  June 1 - August 7, 2026
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Hybrid working model, onsite required for team meetings and events at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA.
• Other onsite presence may be required at MGB sites as needed, depending on department locations
• Remote working hours require a quiet, secure, HIPAA‑compliant working station
