A leading healthcare organization seeks a Therapeutic Floater to support neurodivergent youth at its summer camp in Massachusetts. This role involves managing therapeutic needs, collaborating with group leaders, and providing leadership and training to staff. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and experience with neurodivergent individuals. First Aid/CPR certification is also required. The camp offers outdoor education activities and supports social skill development.

This is a temporary, on-site position with pay ranging from $17.36 to $23.80 hourly.
