Bilingual In-Home Therapist – 4-Day Work Week

Join Northeast Family Services as a Bilingual In-Home Therapist to provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home, treating youth’s behavioral needs. This role offers a 4‑day work week for a 3‑day weekend and includes a comprehensive benefits package, supervision for licensure, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (required)
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI‑approved program
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access

• Option of a traditional 5‑day or 4‑day work week (4 × 10‑hour shifts)

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000; incentive rate: $60/hour over productivity
• Fee‑for‑service rate: $50 – $70/hour
