Program Goal Summer Partners for Language and Learning (SPELL) provides Multilingual Learners theme-based language development activities in the morning and enrichment experiences provided by community partners in the afternoon.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising children in informal and formal settings
• Ability to support children in learning activities
• Ability to supervise children in recreation activities
• Ability to collaborate and function effectively as a team member
• Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
• Reliable and ability to maintain a schedule
• Bilingual/multilingual and ability to communicate with diverse students and families

Terms of Employment:

• Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 8 am – 1 pm
• SPELL program professional development for all SPELL staff will take place in the last week of June or first week of July.
