• Support and administer Smart Bear’s Atlassian partner programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with program requirements.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams and external partners related to Atlassian products and programs.
• Maintain accurate partner data, program documentation, and reporting to support business decisions and partner success.

• Administer day-to-day operations of Smart Bear’s Atlassian partner programs, including onboarding, program compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain partner records, contracts, certifications, and program status within internal systems and Atlassian partner portals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Alliances, Finance, and Legal teams to support partner transactions, incentives, and renewals.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on partner performance, program participation, and operational metrics.
• Support partner communications, including program updates, operational guidance, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to scale partner operations and improve partner experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in partner operations, program administration, sales operations, or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience working with Atlassian products and/or Atlassian Partner Programs.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

$94,500 - $110,450 USD
