Accounts Payable Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to process high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!

• Process invoices using a cloud-based purchase requisition to invoice system

• Maintain Accounts Payable subledger within SAP.
• Administer payment runs
  , ensuring proper approvals are in place before processing.
• Manage vendor setup and compliance (tax documents, electronic banking details).
• Reconcile vendor accounts and statements
  , investigating any discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Submit and manage paper-based invoices as needed.
• Provide backup support and cross-training for team members.
• Assist with periodic tax filings and participate in special projects
  .

• 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canada provincial sales tax, T4A/Releve 1, and 1099 processing is a bonus.
