Security Officer - Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a front desk post.;
Monitor and control access to the location by greeting visitors, confirming authorization, issuing visitor passes, maintaining sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.;
Answer and route incoming calls, monitor radios and/or other communication channels, and dispatch notifications to on-site personnel as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and completing reports in accordance with Allied Universal requirements and site protocols.;
Observe the front lobby and surrounding entry areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, escalate concerns through the appropriate channels, and support client requests as assigned.
