National Account Manager – Business Development

Join the National Account Manager – Business Development role at Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions AB.

About the Role

The role involves selling materials handling solutions and providing excellent customer service to large national businesses. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts individually or with colleagues.
  • Ensure selected accounts are visited regularly and developed to increase sales and revenues.
  • Use CRM and IT systems to maximise performance.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key businesses to retain and win new business.
  • Work closely with internal departments (logistics solutions, hand pallet trucks, short-term hire) to develop business with target accounts.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good teamwork, organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong time‑management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong track record in national B2B sales (materials handling or capital equipment experience beneficial).
