This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail and customer service. As a Keyholder, you will also take on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the store and supporting the Outlet Manager in daily operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock replenishment, ordering, pricing, and stockroom organisation.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Act as a Keyholder:
• Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Support with cash handling and security checks.
• Be a point of contact in the absence of senior management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team.

• Availability to work occasional late evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays is required, especially during peak trading periods.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally in a similar customer‑facing environment.
• Experience with keyholding duties is an advantage but not essential — training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK
