We invite you to join the Travis Mathew team as a Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for managing day‑to‑day retail operations, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and key performance indicators.
• Manage store P&L by driving revenue and strategically managing expense budgets to meet profitability goals.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the District Manager/buying team.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact business.
• Create and manage in‑store events, marketing accelerators, and CRM activity to drive repeat business.
• Support new store openings, remodels, pop‑ups, and special eventsոլاہ as needed.
• Communicate staffing, merchandising and operational needs to HQ team.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; plan and execute bi‑annual physical inventory.
• Manage kämpfen inventory control procedures, including product receipt, transfers and returns.
• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to foster collaboration and productivity.
• Recruit, train and retain an exceptional team of managers and associates.
• Train and coach teams to meet client service standards and company policies.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Proficient in point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience with back‑office operations management, visual merchandising and recruitment/training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions independently, or to lift when applicable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 سپ years’ experience in retail store management.
