Store Assistant - 12 Hours - Sweaty Betty

Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers and educate them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Responsible for cash management, adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and obtaining customer data.
Skills and Abilities
Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
- Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
