Bridgwater & South Petherton (Lopen) | £13.50 per hour | Monday-Friday | Ongoing

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Forklift Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company operating across two sites in Lopen and Bridgwater. This is a full-time, ongoing role offering excellent pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced team.

The role is split between two locations:

Lopen - 3 weeks per month.

Bridgwater - 1 week per month (end of month).

Key Duties

Operating forklift trucks (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA as required).

Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.

Moving and storing stock in designated warehouse locations.

Ensuring stock is stored correctly and securely.

Supporting general warehouse duties when required.

Picking orders accurately using pick scanners.

Packing items securely to company standards.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Requirements

Good attention to detail with a commitment to high standards.

Valid forklift licence (desirable).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
