Asour Retail Facilities and Maintenance Manageryouwillberesponsibleforthemanagementandupkeepofmultipleretailstoresacrossthe UKROIandEurope.

Thisroleinvolvesmanagingthephysicalenvironmentofourretailspaces,conductingpreventativemaintenanceandoverseeingrefurbishmentandrepairprojects.

Thisrolehasarequirementforstrongleadershipskillsandstakeholdermanagementskillstomanagebothin-houseteamsandexternalcontractorswhilstmaintainingcorporateprinciplesandlegislativestandardsincludingthenegotiationofmaintenancecontracts&supplyofservices.

Responsibilitiesh3>ul

Maintenance&Repair:

Leadandoverseethemaintenanceteamandfullschemeactivities

Managerelationshipswithkeysuppliers,contractors,consultantsandservicecontracts.

Createtheconditionsthatdeliverahighlycompetent,energetic,engagedandmotivatedworkforcewhoarecommittedandalignedtoglobaldeliveryoutcomes

Qualifications & Experienceh3>ul

Provenexperienceinfacilitiesmanagement,preferablywithmultisiteswithinaretailenvironment.

Knowledge of

UKhealthandsafetyregulations,building codes,andstatutoryrequirements.

Strongprojectmanagementskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.

Experiencemanagingservicecontractsanddealingwithcontractors.

Budgetmanagementexperience,including cost-saving initiatives.

Strong problem-solvingskillsandattentiontodetail.

Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithstoremanagersandcross-functional teams.

Abilitytoworkunderpressureandhandleemergenciescalmlyandefficiently.

BIFM(British Institute of Facilities Management ) qualificationor equivalent

HNC/HNDBuilding Construction

Knowledgeofsustainabilitypracticesinfacilitiesmanagement.

Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
